Compliance Dynamo Privacy Policy

1. Summary

Compliance Dynamo does not collect, store or share your personal data on our servers. All information you enter stays on your device.

2. Data stored on your device

Visit details (client, site, contract and PO numbers, job notes, times, technician ID), photos you take or choose, signatures you draw, generated PDF reports, and diagnostic log files.

This data is stored only on your phone. We cannot see it.

3. Permissions

Camera: to take site photos. Photos are saved inside the app only.

Photo access: only the photos you pick yourself.

Internet and billing: only for Google Play subscriptions.

4. Sharing

We do not share your data. When you share a PDF report, you choose where it goes using Android's share menu. That is your action and your choice.

5. Purchases

Premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. Google's privacy policy applies to purchases.

6. No tracking

No advertising, no analytics, no accounts and no third-party tracking.

7. Your control

Delete a visit in the app to remove its photos and signature. Uninstalling the app removes all app data from your phone.

8. Children

The app is not directed at children.

9. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
