Compliance Dynamo
Compliance Dynamo
Log the visit. Prove the work. Send the report.
Compliance Dynamo is an Android app for trade contractors to record site visits and prove the work was done. On site, the technician logs the job (client, contract and PO numbers, what was done), takes before and after photos, and signs on the phone screen. One tap then creates a professional PDF report to send to the client. Everything is stored on the phone, so it works without a signal.
Compliance Dynamo is in testing on Google Play and is not publicly released yet.
Everything you need to prove the work
From the moment you arrive on site to the report landing in the client's inbox, in one app on the phone you already carry.
● Log job details
Capture the client, contract number, PO number and exactly what was done, on site, in under a minute.
● Before and after photos
Take photos straight from the app to show the state of the job before you started and after you finished.
● Digital signature
Get the client to sign on your phone screen. No clipboards, no paper, no chasing sign-off later.
● One-tap PDF report
Turn the visit into a professional PDF report and send it to the client straight from your phone.
● Works offline
Everything is stored on your phone, so it works in basements, plant rooms and remote sites with no signal.
