Aerodynamics with James Privacy Policy

1. Summary

Aerodynamics with James is designed for children and does not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal information. The app works entirely on your device and does not need an internet connection.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking.

3. Information stored on your device

To remember a child's progress, the app saves the following only on the device it is installed on:

• Flight progress: number of flights, best distance and which planes are unlocked.
• Settings: sound on or off, vibration on or off, and whether to show the forces.
• Tinker Lab choices for each plane.

This information never leaves the device. It is deleted when the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared in the device settings.

4. Permissions

Vibration: used only for small touch feedback when a plane is thrown or lands, and only if the setting is on.

Screen awake: the app keeps the screen awake while a plane is flying, so the screen does not dim in the middle of a throw.

The app does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos or files.

5. Children's privacy

The app is intended for children. Because it collects no personal information, there is nothing to share with or request from a child or parent. The app contains no ads, no links that leave the app, no social features and no way for a child to contact other people.

6. Third parties

The app does not send any data to third parties and does not include third-party advertising or analytics services.

7. Purchases

This version of the app does not include working in-app purchases. If purchases are added in a future version, this policy will be updated and purchase handling will be done by the app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store). We do not see or store payment details.

8. Data security

Because all information stays on the device and nothing is transmitted, the app has no servers holding children's data.

9. Your rights (POPIA and other laws)

As we hold no personal information about you or your child, there is no data to access, correct or delete on our side. You can remove everything the app stores at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date before the change takes effect.
